This site requires no memberships or subscriptions and I do not have the resources (yet) to respond to your specific needs (via a message board e.g.). I therefore have no need to keep, and do not keep, any personally identifiable information about you (except what you may share when you contact me or leave feedback).
If you send me a message or a testimonial, the database will retain a record your email address (if you provide it), the time and date your message was sent, and the message itself. I will remove your message and e-mail address three years after you last contacted me unless you request that I do so earlier. I will, however, retain any testimonies that you may have provided (thank you). I will not disclose your information to third parties, unless required by law (although I have difficulty imagining any scenario in which this may be required).
If you have agreed to be on my mailing list, I will use your email address to send you an occasional newsletter keeping you updated about new material being added to the website and/or YouTube. Your details will never be willingly divulged to any other party and will only ever be kept in the database associated with this website. You may unsubscribe from the mailing list at any time and your e-mail address will be removed from the database.
I do not allow any advertising (especially from third party advertisers) on this website. Therefore, there should be no ad-related tracking of your visits at all. I have placed no popups, advertisements, registration requirements, fees, spy software or any such intrusive things on my site.
The CrystalClearMaths website itself does not use cookies or beacons. I do not collect ANY of your user information.
I do have access to some web traffic statistics (from my domain host) that reports the following information about your visit(s): your internet provider’s IP address, the date and time of your visit and what pages were viewed. This material does not contain any information that would allow you to be identified. This information is used to help me identify which pages are most popular and to help me plan the next additions to the website.
